Background: Bell’s palsy is an acute-onset peripheral facial and the commonest cause of LMN palsy. Facial resting symmetry expressions are determining factors attractiveness & being a marker good health. The study aims to compare effect motor imagery mirror book therapy for recovery in patients with acute Methods: Total 20 Patients suffering from were included study. Baseline data collected use SFGS FDI. given conventional electrotherapy Motor Imagery Mirror therapy. After four weeks, evaluated again.
